A three‐component synthesis of α‐aminophosphonate is described from a reaction between aldehydes, 2‐aminobenzothiazole, and triethyl phosphite in the presence of InCl3 as a catalyst under solvent‐free conditions for the generation of the particular α‐aminophosphonates. These products have two potentially biologically active parts, aminophosphonate and benzothiazole. This method offers advantages such as short reaction times, good yields, solvent‐free conditions, and easy workup with the green aspects by avoiding toxic catalysts and solvents. The crystal structure of 4b has been determined by X‐ray crystallography. This compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with cell parameters a = 21.9285(5) Å, b = 10.3221(2) Å, c = 18.5979(5) Å, β = 108.759(3)°, V = 3985.99(18) Å3, Dcalc = 1.301 mg m−3, and Z = 8. Summary. The reactive 1:1 intermediate produced in the reaction between 2,6-dimethylphenyl isocyanide and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate
was trapped by N,N′ -dimethylbarbituric acid to yield the isomeric products dimethyl 7-(2,6-dimethylphenylamino)-1,3-dimethyl-2,4-dioxo-4H-pyrano[3,2-d]pyrimidine-5,6-dicarboxylate and dimethyl (E)-2-((2,6-dimethylphenylamino)-(1,3-dimethyl-2,4,6-trioxo-pyrimidine-5-ylidene)-methyl)-but-2-enedioate in a nearly 1:1 ratio
and an overall yield of 85%. Dynamic effects were observed in the 1H NMR spectra of these compounds and were attributed to restricted rotation around the aryl-nitrogen single bonds and the
polarized carbon-carbon double bond.

Stable crystalline phosphorus ylides were obtained in excellent yields from the 1:1:1 addition reaction between triphenylphosphine and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in the presence of strong NH-acids, such as benzotriazole, 5-methylbenzotriazole, 5-chlorobenzotriazole, pyrrole, 2-acetylpyrrole, pyrrole-2-carboxaldehyde, 4-nitro-acetanilide, 4-methoxyacetanilide, 4-bromoacetanilide, 4-methylacetanilide, 2-methyl-acetanilide, and 2,6-dimethylacetanilide. These stable ylides exist in a solution as a mixture of two geometrical isomers as a result of the restricted rotation around the carbon–carbon partial double bond resulting from the conjugation of the ylide moiety with the adjacent carbonyl group. 相似文献

New phosphonate ester derivatives were obtained by in situ stereo‐specific reaction between triphenyl phosphite and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates in the presence of a series of halogenated anilines.
